Hey! I’m Lexi Onishenko, an experienced marketing director and consultant across North America with a bachelor's degree in Commerce, a major in Marketing and a minor in Communication. After my 10+ years of experience working with renowned brands as a digital marketer and strategist, it’s my passion for my work and my clients that drives me to keep my finger on the pulse of social conversation and cultural shifts and understand how we can be part of these meaningful changes and conversations.

I am highly skilled in all things digital media and multi-channel integrated strategies. With years of experience in digital marketing, technology integration and optimization, I use digital assets to optimize design, combine operations and build consistent, authentic audience engagement. I have a firm grasp of intuitive storytelling and strong copywriting skills tailored to engage target audiences through traditional and emerging marketing channels. I am proud to have led and built over four marketing teams. The best outcomes are achieved through collaboration and creativity; there is a moment of magic when great minds collide to produce something all team members hold with pride.

Being an advocate for mental health and children's charities, I have also made it my mission to continue to be involved with both, using my expertise in my spare time and volunteering efforts.
